If you are currently being threatened, intimidated, or harassed by any public servant, police, sheriff, or business owner or patrons, do the following:
Call this number 888-983-4616 – Emergency Calls Only.
Call your local Patriot Action Team (find info about P.A.T. on our website).
Take videos and photos! Document everything that is going on. Record all conversations with your smartphone.
Ask them the following question:
“By what authority do you trespass on my rights without due process of law?”
State the following: “Are you aware that the Constitutional Law Group will sue you in your official and private capacity, if you proceed to violate my rights? You will lose everything you own, your homes, cars, everything you have worked for. Are you also aware that we have the right to go after any public servants indemnity bond?”
If you are forced to sign ANY UNLAWFUL papers, sign your name with the words “Under Duress” after it, and draw a rectangle around it so your signature is enclosed.
If they call the police, YOU CALL THE SHERIFF. The Sheriff is the highest authority in the County. It is his duty to protect you from intrusive government.
